   The best guideline to follow is the mother guideline; if it is something that you wouldn't show to your mother, then don't post it here. You must follow these guidelines for your advertisement to appear in the greyeyes ads feed. Thank you for your support of greyeyes ads; we hope you have a pleasant experience with our service.

1. We will not publish nudity, pornographic, or sexually explicit material to our network; anyone found in violation may have their ads removed, be banned from the network and may even be subject to legal action described in our terms of service.
   
2. We will not publish ads determined to be hate propaganda; this includes but is not limited to groups based on race, religion, sexual preference or any other discriminatory or derogatory advertisements.
3. We will not publish profanity, or anything that could be interpreted as defamatory in meaning.
4. We will remove any ad that violates the copyrights of another if the original owner is able to prove such copyright infringement. Make sure that you own or have permission to use any copyrighted material you post @greyeyes ads. We suggest that you use original content of which you own all copyrights.
5. Although we do permit affiliate links, we must express that we will not post multiple successive posts of the same links. If you post successive ads, it may be saved in the Que for posting at a later date when it is not next to the same ad; or in rare cases of excessive spam abuse on the system, the ad(s) will be deleted from the system.
6. We do not condone the actions of spamming which is defined but not limited to our anti-spam policy. If found in violation of this policy your ads may be deleted, you will forfeit any fees paid to greyeyes ads, and you may be banned from our system by either blacklist or IP address, depending on the severity of the abuse. There could even be legal actions taken as described in the terms of service.
7. Please make sure that your advertisements are relevant to the categories or subcategories of you are submitting them to; if the category or subcategory is inappropriate for the ad submitted and a more appropriate category or subcategory is deemed necessary, then such change is automatically authorized by you to greyeyes ads.
8. All submissions are verified for payment of processing fees; any ad that is found to be unverified for payment will be deleted from the system; unless it is posted to a feed deemed to be a free submission feed. All free feeds are processed free of charge; however, any ads in violation of these guidelines will be removed from our system.
9. While the majority of our advertisements come from you, the greyeyes ads community; we do occasionally post our own affiliate advertisements to the feed. The frequency of these links links depends mostly on the submission traffic to our websites and in most cases will be 1% of advertisements or less. 
   
10. We reserve the right to publish your ads at our discretion; any fees collected for ad submission are for human processing of ads and will not be refunded. We only offer PayPal as a payment option; however most major credit/debit cards are accepted, you may be required to enter an email address or sign up for PayPal in order to use the services of greyeyes ads.
11. You will be required to enter an email address and name in order to submit your ad to greyeyes ads; this is for verification and customer identification and will be used for internal purposes only. We do not sell, trade, or release any personal information; we wouldn't want anyone to do that to us. No processing fees will be refunded; you have informed of why we need this information.
